[00:00:00] Dimple Thakrar: Hello and welcome back to Beyond the Words with me Dimple Thakrar, your host today. I have something for you today that has been a real growth opportunity for me over the past month and it is the art of really honoring yourself. What does that mean? It means, when you have a little whisper in your heart or in your head or in your gut.

[00:00:28] Dimple Thakrar: It's usually in your gut, actually, not your head, and your gut and your heart, and your intuition. And this whisper is, Say no. Stop doing that. Why are you doing that? You know that isn't in your highest and best interest. Why are you doing that to please everybody else? Why are you doing it? For fear of what they will say.

[00:00:51] Dimple Thakrar: For fear of upsetting them. For, all And you inside are dying because you know it's not the right thing for you. And your soul is calling you so strongly to use your divine know. Take a breath. We all know what I'm talking about. We all know that when we become and be out of myth, out of alignment, When we do things that feel icky in our bodies, when we do things that we know is going against what we believe in, and it's no disrespect to the other people, it's just simply misalignment for you.

[00:01:35] Dimple Thakrar: I'll give you an example. Recently, I entered into a collaboration, that at the time, my body was like, is this really right for you? Is this really, I know you really like the person, but is the business decision right for you and your business? And I went against my intuition, and I went against all the things that I would do normally, because I liked this person.

[00:02:08] Dimple Thakrar: And I liked the recommendation. And so I continued this for a few months and it was brilliant. I really enjoyed all the collaboration and I did get business from it. But the way the business arrived felt like it was pulling teeth. It felt like I had people's arms behind their backs. I just realized I've got my Abundant You t shirt on today for those of you who can see in the YouTube.

[00:02:39] Dimple Thakrar: And this actually, this just side note, this t shirt is from my event Abundant You which is happening in September in London. If you want information on that, let me know. This incredible breakthrough that I'm sharing with you is one that takes courage. And actually it's a test for knowing your value, because the universe will say, if you know your value, you'll know and you'll say no.

[00:03:08] Dimple Thakrar: But if you don't know your value, you'll value others over you. And that's what I was doing, I was valuing others over me. I was valuing my superpowers, my specialness.

[00:03:22] Dimple Thakrar: And dampening it down in service of others. And here's what happened. Cause some of you may think it's just a business collaboration. So what? It's not going to be a big deal. It's just one business collaboration, right? But here's the impact that one misaligned decision in your life in any area can be your relationship.

[00:03:41] Dimple Thakrar: It can be friendships. It can be business decisions. It can be with your children. It can be with your extended family. Any one decision. It's made out of alignment, has what I call a domino effect on all the other decisions in your business. So this one decision, I felt so stifled that my frequency was off to expand my business in other areas.

[00:04:12] Dimple Thakrar: So it stopped business coming through in other areas. It actually had a domino effect in the opposite direction. So I was running in the opposite direction. Did I meet incredible people? Absolutely. Do I have any regrets? No, because I learned everything I needed to learn and this was the lesson I needed to learn.

[00:04:36] Dimple Thakrar: That when I don't trust my aligned intuition, I go down a path that is in the opposite direction to the truth of my purpose, my mission. And my purpose, my mission, as I say it and I feel the excitement in my body, I magnetize that when my energy lines are completely clean. What do I mean by that? When I don't mug the waters by making decisions in service of others first.

[00:05:06] Dimple Thakrar: The decisions I make have to feel a hell yes for me first. They have to feel a hell yes for the other person, then a hell yes for the greater good of all. And the problem with that decision I made was it was a hell yes for them and the greater good of all, but not for me. And so while it did support the greater good of all, it did support the other person, it didn't feel aligned for me.

[00:05:33] Dimple Thakrar: And so It's never too late. I'm hearing some of you say what if I've already made that mistake? How do I go back? It's never too late, but it requires courage to have a difficult conversation. It requires courage to honor your no, and in honoring your no. You value you because when you say yes, when you mean no, you're telling the universe that you don't matter, that everybody else matters above you.

[00:06:08] Dimple Thakrar: It's bullshit. Because then what happens is you get evidence of where everybody else takes the piss and walks all over you because you've allowed it. You've allowed it to happen. It's nobody else's fault. This is not about blaming anybody else. And if this is triggering you right now, good, because this is a mirror showing you where you need to go, what work you need to do.

[00:06:35] Dimple Thakrar: I have lost dear relationships because I was out of alignment. And I'm grateful to the universe, because the losing of those was not a loss, it was simply a no for now. And that means the universe is protecting me or redirecting me. And I'm grateful for it because the redirection means I was going down the wrong fucking path in the first place.

[00:07:01] Dimple Thakrar: So save yourself so much time and energy.

[00:07:05] Dimple Thakrar: Spent years and years going down the wrong path. Years. But I promise you something, the miles and miles that you've walked the wrong direction, the minute you stop and you say, no more, it's not okay, it's not okay, and you turn around, the path back to where you were meant to go isn't miles and miles.

[00:07:35] Dimple Thakrar: I promise you, if you can have faith, because the courage and effort they took skyrockets you. Back on track. Skyrockets you because you're then operating from a place of desire, from a place of alignment, from a place of love, from a place of tenderness. So what I ask of you today is clean up. Where is it in your life where you messed up?

[00:08:02] Dimple Thakrar: You said something or you did something that wasn't in alignment. Send them a message, reach out to them, clean it up,

[00:08:10] Dimple Thakrar: clean it up. Because in that cleaning up of your frequency, You then become so crystal clear on the direction and the universe goes, Oh, that's what you want. Okay. Got you. Brilliant. Let's go. Rocket ship.

[00:08:33] Dimple Thakrar: Cause remember there is no time in the quantum. There is no time in the quantum. Magic happens from nowhere. Miracles become every day. Occurrences.

[00:08:44] Dimple Thakrar: Forgive yourself. Move on. And I tell you something else is coming through. The decisions I've made this week have been so scary and so bold and so big. And even after them, I felt relief and fear at the same time. The whole imposter syndrome coming through of what if it doesn't work? What if it was the wrong decision?

[00:09:07] Dimple Thakrar: What if I lose business out of that? What if? Trust. Go back to who you are. Go back to the truth of who you are. Trust. Trust trust. Because I promise you, it doesn't have to be this hard. When you can choose love, and one of the things that came out of the Last Abundant You was love and above.

[00:09:32] Dimple Thakrar: All the frequencies of love and above. It's fascinating. I just had a message from somebody from the Last Abundant You event. And for those of you who don't know what these events are, it's basically a whole day with me and you. The first half of the day we go deep into the teachings of what the quantum is, what the universe is, how you stay in alignment, what is alignment for you, what is your divine yes, your divine no.

[00:09:57] Dimple Thakrar: I really channel everything that comes through. And even before the day, from the moment you make the payment, that is the moment of the energy exchange between you and I. And that's the moment I start to tap in and tune in to who you are and what you need. It's such a bespoke thing. Two days out, there are no abundant you's that are the same.

[00:10:18] Dimple Thakrar: What I spoke of in the first, second and third, completely different to what I speak of in this one. And that's because the people in the room are either the different people or the same people but in a different place. I have a lot of people that come repeatedly. And so what I've come to realize my superpower is that I connect with you in the quantum the minute that exchange happens.

[00:10:43] Dimple Thakrar: So people will reach out and say, I don't know what's happening Dimple, but my body is shifting. I didn't sleep so good the night before because I am working on you way before the day. That's the energy exchange. That's the contract. And even afterwards, so this lady, it's been a month now. And this lady came sent a message and she said, I don't know what's happened since Abundant New Dimple, but she said my podcast that was getting like 300, 200, suddenly listeners has gone up to 10.

[00:11:19] Dimple Thakrar: 5 thousand. A business that she doesn't even market suddenly had 10 new customers banging on her door. This is a limo. She just bought a brand new car. This is full alignment, where you don't have to persuade anybody or anything to jump in. You just give them the information and they know and they move.

[00:11:43] Dimple Thakrar: That's what this lady did. So this day is not just about the day. We also do an incredible energy healing. Oh my friggin God. This just blows my mind at what happens here. People who have had a hip problem for years that they couldn't even walk barely suddenly start to mobilize their hip by putting their leg around their head.

[00:12:10] Dimple Thakrar: It's that mobile. They can walk pain free. People who have had back ailments suddenly can lie flat comfortably. All these physical ailments are a direct result of emotional shit stuck in your body. When you get headaches, when you get neck aches, There is a physical representation of emotional shit in your body and sometimes you can't even access, most of the times you can't even access it yourself because it's in the subconscious and this is where the energy healing just blows my freaking mind.
